All cardstock designs purchased on site are sent randomly & may or may not include designs from the listing photo. Theme will be an "every day" theme unless it is a "seasonal" mold shape or a theme is chosen on select listings when possible. Some "seasonal" mold shapes may have every day designs included.
Seasonal mold ex: snowflakes, pumpkins, witch hats, Christmas ornaments, etc.
Design requests cannot be made, please order through our Facebook group following the ordering process posted when custom orders are OPEN.
Duplicates are a possibility at Simply Sienna. Majority of customers love duplicates & unfortunately we cannot appease everyone's preferences <3
Refund & exchanges will not be made per our policy. Random mixes are as described, Random.
