Shipping policy

Fulfillment is on a 10 to 17 calendar day tat that is subject to change at any time and will be updated in our group. Please refrain from requesting order updates within tat as it slows me down and there's no update that can be given. When the order is completed, it is shipped. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your tracking number to update once your package is dropped off to USPS. If you feel your package is lost, you must contact USPS first before contacting Simply Sienna. Orders may be replaced or refunded between a window of 7 to 10 business days of zero scans from USPS. Replacements and refunds are up to the discretion of Simply Sienna.
